Whether you are moving within Sweden or abroad within Europe, we are personally involved the whole way and we use our own staff and removal trucks.
If you are moving farther still, we have a robust network of partners. They share the same values as ourselves regarding high standards and handle your household effects on the final stages of your move. The same applies when you wish to return. We are then engaged by our international partners to transport your consignment safely and securely during the last leg of your move back to Sweden.
SBK Moving is a traditional removal firm with solid experience. The company is led by the fourth generation of the same family who once founded the company in 1888 in Västernorrland, a province in northern Sweden. In those days, most of the moves were local. Today, we have offices in Örnsköldsvik, Stockholm and in Cannes, France. Around 80 – 90 % of our operations comprise international moves and we move as many private household consignments as we do commercial ones.
We lend boxes and assist with cleaning services as well as intermediate storage of your household effects. We arrange all essential documentation in advance of an international move and we are fully cognisant with the rules relating to removals within and beyond the EU. Our partners enjoy a collective agreement and we abide by all the provisions of regulation on trade and labour standards.
